Minimal Resort
Perched on the edge of Milos Bay, a balcony emerges as an observatory, offering an enchanting vista of the Aegean Sea. Here, amidst a tapestry of pebbles, bushes, and wildflowers, scattered stone elements rise like ancient ruins, engaging in a poetic dialogue with the rugged topography. These "ruins" seek not to impose, but rather to merge harmoniously with the captivating landscape.
As if on a magic carpet, visitors are transported to this border between land and sea, where a submerged fishing village lies beneath the gentle waves. The architectural intervention, guided by a philosophy of minimalism, respects the inherent beauty of the surroundings, allowing space for an immersive sensory experience.
Framed by expansive openings, views extend across the azure waters, where boats glide gracefully in transit. The sea breeze carries with it a symphony of scents, inviting exploration through the senses. In this space, the essence of existence is distilled to its purest form—the least becomes everything, as appreciation blossoms for the simplicity and majesty of the natural world.
